Demo CD/Promo Packs
To make it easier for you to check out a group/musician, most demo clips are available on the artists' webpage on this site. Where available, there will also be a sample set list, photographs and other relevant information.
If you would prefer to receive a demo CD by post, simply complete an enquiry form.

Seeing the act perform live
Most of our acts perform mainly for private functions and weddigns. This means that it may not be possible to see the act perform live before booking them.

Contracts & Deposits
To confirm the booking, we will send you a contract to complete and return along with a deposit of 50%.

Balance Payment
The remaining balance of 50% will be due 3 weeks prior to the date of the event.

The Next Step
Kings Music Productions will then liase between you and the act to arrange the fine details of the performance. These include set up times, requests and room layouts.

Cancelling A Booking
In the event of the hirer cancelling a booking, it may be possible to return some of the deposit. This will depend on whether the act are able to secure an alternative booking on the same date.
